LARGE FORMAT BANNER PRINTING MATERIALS

Our banners are digitally printed using the latest large format Vinly/PVC printers. 
These large format digital printers allow the banners to be unique and personalised whilst being very cost-effective.

The majority of our banners are image-based one-offs printed at 300dpi (for the techy's) creating an eye-catching piece of marketing. 
However, we also specialise in banners that are required in large volumes and offer substantial discounts for bulk orders.

Each banner is printed and finished to your requirements. You can have whatever you wish printed on the banner and we have a banner design service here to help if you are unable to create a file suitable for printing.

Our premium 740gsm banner material is probably the best quality material on the market. It has two layers of PVC with a light-stop material inbetween. 
This prevents any show-through from the other side so is the perfect solution for double-sided banners.
The material can also be used single-sided banners, giving them a supreme quality feel and extra strength. This material really is 'premium'.

340gsm PVC MESH DIGITALLY-PRINTED BANNERS
Ideal for building wraps and very large outdoor banners

Printed with either fade-proof UV-based or Eco-Solvent inks A porous material which allows wind to pass through Our 340gsm Mesh PVC material is ideal for building wraps or areas which in which a standard banner could be easily damaged by wind. The mesh banner material is porous which allows wind to pass through creating less stress on the banner itself. 

The mesh also allows a certain amount of light through so that when used on buildings, windows are not left completely darkened. As with our 440gsm and 500gsm Vinyl PVC banners we print with UV-based inks making the banner fade-resistant for prolonged outdoor use. As each banner is printed just for you, you can have whatever you like on the banner and our banner design service is here to help if you are unable to create a file suitable for printing. 

Banner Finishing Options The finishing on a banner 
Hems & Eyelets No additional charge This is the most common finish on the banners that we provide. It allows for easy securing of the banner, as well as providing reinforcement around the edge of the banner. This finish allows for various methods of fixing the banner to a desired location.

As our banners are priced with standard finishing included, we do not charge for hems and eyelets. 
Hems may be either stitched or welded, but please let us know if you have a preference.We use metal eyelets as standard on all banners with the exception of the Recyclable banners where we use plastic eyelets.

Please Note: we do not hem our 740gsm PVC Banners as hems can distort the banner and the material is more than strong enough without them. 
We also do not hem our Recylable material as this is semi-rigid.

Pole Pockets No additional charge
Another popular finish, we sew the edge of the banner over to form a sleeve in which to insert a pole. 
Pole pockets can be added to any side of the banner. We can create pole pockets at most sizes but please be aware that the bigger the pole pocket, the further down the banner the stitching will be. Again, there is no charge for this type of banner finish. We can also add eyelets to a banner with pole pockets, should they be required (common on lamp-post banners).Trimmed to Size No additional charge A simple cutting out process which leaves you with a nicely trimmed banner. 

Perfect for specific framing systems or numerous other uses. There is no charge for this finish. You can even add eyelets should you desire, at no additional cost.

Custom Finishing
We have finished banners in all shapes and sizes, from triangles to circles, to cutting arch-ways for people to walk-though.
