CUSTOM DUPLICATE PADS
For creating invoices, orders and delivery notes, traditional NCR pads are a reliable choice. Whether your client is a small business looking for a duplicate solution, or a larger business looking for a back-up to their digital solutions.
NCR means “no carbon required”, and with our NCR pads you don’t need a sheet of carbon copy paper between each page. This makes them much easier to use and perfect for completing on-the-go. No messing around with pages, simply complete the form and you’ll have two or three copies ready to go.
Duplicate pads and triplicate pads are available, and they can be customised with your customer’s logo, company name and contact details in full colour digital print.
Our NCR pads comprise 50 sets of NCR paper, glued at the top with a cardboard backing, ideal for when you’re on the road. Available in A6, DL, A5 and A4 sizes, with or without black numbering according to your client’s preferences.
NCR = No Carbon Required (Carbonless forms)
Operation Carbonless copy paper works in a fairly simple way. It consists of sheets of paper that are coated with micro-encapsulated dye or ink and/or a reactive clay. The back of the first sheet is coated with micro-encapsulated dye. The lowermost sheet is coated on the top surface with a clay that quickly reacts with the dye to form a permanent mark. Any intermediate sheets are coated with clay on top and dye on the bottom. When someone writes on the sheets, the pressure from the point of the writing instrument causes the micro-capsules to break and spill their dye. Since the capsules are so small, the print obtained is very accurate. Similarly, the paper can be used in dot-matrix and impact printers,
where the striking head releases dye to interact with the clay. NCR stands for No Carbon Required so whatever is written onto the top copy duplicates onto all other copies of the form. Also known as carbonless forms they are often used by companies for invoices, order forms, quotations, credit notes, receipts and purchase order forms. Litho printed in ONE or TWO colours on PEFC certified paper.
We provide both pads and books, however we can also provide loose sets if required. Our standard NCR is duplicate (2-part) or triplicate (3-part) but we would be happy to provide a bespoke quotation for whatever your requirement. We can also number, perforate or drill, and print terms and conditions on the reverse of all sheets.

An NCR Pad is where we gum the edge to hold the sets together and provide a piece of card to protect the other forms. The sets can then be torn out as and when required.
NCR BOOKS. SIZES AVAILABLE DL A6 A5 A4 A3.
An NCR Book is very similar to an NCR Pad but with one or more parts staying fastened in the book and other parts of theset perforated allowing you to tear out a sheet whilst leaving the unperforated form safely in the book.
